Salve omnes,
This week, I would like you to fill out the following handout every day as your daily practice. Next week, you will turn in 5 filled out handouts.
It is very important that you do not do all five assignments in one day. This is intended to be a daily practice, and would take far too long to do in only one or two days. To this end, Please put the date at the top of each sheet when you fill it out. Fifty percent of the grade will be for this.
Each sheet has a space and declension/conjugation box for each declension/conjugation that you know. You need to pick a new vocabulary word each day. This means that by next Friday you will have written out declensions for 5 nouns from each declension and 5 verbs from each conjugation.
Please remember to staple and label the document with your name before you turn it in.
Multas Gratias Tibi! Vale!

03.23.17
Salve Amici, it has been a long time since we've met. I've decided that we should take a review day tomorrow. We are going to have an in-class quiz in the form of a trivia-style game. Please spend a little bit tonight or in the morning reviewing your declensions/conjugations etc. I will post homework tomorrow!

Conjugation Exam
Attached is an exam covering all four conjugations. All you need to do this week is study and take this. Please bring it to class on Friday. You may want to have your moms look over your exam and then help you study. The exam features four full conjugations and 15 specific questions like those we have been practicing in class (e.g. Provide 2 Pl moneo and English translation). Please let me know if you have any questions.

4th Conjugation and Conversation Vocabulary
Salve Discipuli,
this week, please prepare for a quiz covering the material from this handout.
The in-class quiz will ask you to conjugate one verb. Also, it will feature 3-5 questions like the following: "give the latin and english translation of the 2nd Pl of convenio." The answer for this would be "convenitis- y'all convene." I may also reverse this and ask you to identify something like "audiunt." The answer would be "3rd Pl audio, audire, audivi, auditum- They hear." We practiced this in class, and you should practice it at home.
Later today I will post the conversation words we learned in class. Please be reviewing and using them! Gratias tibi. Vale!

01.27.2017 Lecture
Hi all, attached is the lecture, the take home quiz, and the link to William Whitaker's Words. The lecture video is rather disjointed because I had to edit it down to 15 minutes. Also, the photos below are of problems 4 and 10 as I worked the problem, but I couldn't figure out how to orient ten correctly. Please turn in your completed translation handout along with the quiz next week.

Mistake!
Hi guys,
I realized today that I have made a mistake! I sent you an old handout for the third conjugation, and it had an error. It ought to have 'i' instead of 'e' for the conjugation vowels. So, Rather than peto petes petet, it should be peto petis petit. Below is the corrected handout. I am sorry to have missed this mistake! We will talk about it in class next week.
